IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Only VIP ticket holders will be allowed to park inside the venue. If you do not have a VIP ticket, please use a taxi or shuttle service to be dropped off and picked up from outside the main entrance to the Riverside Venue.
Directions to the venue:
Head out of Victoria Falls Town towards the Zambezi National Park Entrance on Parkway Drive towards the Palm River Hotel. After you pass Elephant Hills on the right, start looking out for signage on the right to the Palm River Hotel. Turn Right. DO NOT ENTER The Palm River Hotel entrance. The main entrance to the event will be to the right of the Palm River entrance. ONLY VIP Ticket Holders will be allowed to park inside the Venue.
All tickets are non refundable. The main ticket holder must present ID for their e-ticket to be validated to grant access to them and their subsequent ticket holders in the same booking. To change the name of a main ticket holder please get in touch no later than 1 week before the day of the event.
Proof of age may be requested for teenagers who look older than 18.
By attending Rock The River, you and any subsequent ticket holders under the same booking agree that Rock The River, The Riverside Venue, and any of their respective representatives or staff members will not be held liable for any loss, damage or death as a result of attending the event. This event is attended entirely at your own risk.
This event happens in a wildlife corridor, Please ensure you stay away from any wild animals and give them right of way at all times.
BEWARE OF CROCODILES! Please ensure to stay AWAY from the edge of the river at all times.
All children under 16 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult.
No children under 18 years of age are allowed in the bar area.
