The group sings in a number of languages including English, Luvale, Tonga, Nyanja, Ndebele and Shona. Mokoomba takes its name from a Tonga word that connotes deep respect for the Zambezi river and the vibrant life along its banks. Flying Bantu

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Flying Bantu is a musical act from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Their sound embodies various flavors and boldly expresses an Afro: Rock/Reggae/Funk mix which can best be described as Fusion. Flying Bantu was selected to open the stage for the Zimbabwean legend Oliver Mtukudzi, who performed for jubilant crowds at the icon’s 65th birthday concert at the Artscape Theater in Cape Town. The band had the honor of opening the stage for yet another music icon when they were asked to share the stage with Johnny Clegg in front of thousands of fans at his last performance ever.

So Kindly

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

So Kindly is finally heading back home to the Falls after two back-to-back residencies in Los Angeles and London to record and write his next body of work; and #RTRVF22 is going to be his first home-town stage in well over a year! So Kindly's mix of Electronic-Dance with warm and soulful Indie-Folk has a way of capturing people's attention; and with a voice that "sounds like whisky" along with his bouncy, funky fresh electro-folk indie vibes, Mr Kindly is due to repeatedly jubilate our ear holes with every track he plays!
